It's very easy to pick this up in your amps as a healer, since several of the Support tree amps aren't that good, and Utility leads to Mental Overflow which is amazing with its new buff. Having an instant 3 Psi Points is good enough already for firing off a quick Reverie, but on top of that it reduces cooldowns which can get you another Crush or Phantasmal Armor (or whatever cooldown you please). At T4 you also get 120 focus without having to channel like Meditate.
